Georgetown Cupcake
For the past 16 years, Jai has owned two historic buildings on the cobblestone streets of Georgetown, Washington DC. One of Jai’s lessees is Georgetown Cupcake. They are featured on the television network TLC as DC Cupcake. “Girl Power” to sisters, Sophie Kallinis LaMontagne and Katherine Kallinis Berman. Georgetown Cupcakes are so darn good!
Did you know that our former President Barack Obama daughters Sasha and Malia held a birthday party on the premises that is owned by Jai! Wow! Luke's Lobster
Right next door to Georgetown Cupcake is Jai’s other leasee Luke's Lobster. Owners, Luke Holden and Ben Conniff attended Georgetown University and had an idea….”Lobster Rolls”. They serve the sweetest lobster meat in town! Just ask Rachel Ray who had Luke's Lobster owners on her cooking show. Jai says, “their lobster rolls and soup are addictive”.
