Early Days
Jai's success has not been without challenges. She was born and raised in Eleanor Roosevelt Projects in the Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. As a little girl, looking out of her 13th floor apartment window, Jai dreamed that one day she would make an impact on the world.
After graduating from college with a Master’s in Business Administration, landing a recording contract with Salt-N-Pepa’s label Next Plateau Records, producing and directing her own television program, interviewing countless celebrities, owning-publishing her own Magazine, Jai finally found her niche... Real Estate Development-Design and Real Estate Investing. She has established a presence in the construction industry for 15 years. Her mark is indelible.
